SEP promotes an exchange model where U.S. students take regular
university courses with Spanish and other European students,
focusing on factors maximizing the benefits for students participating
in its programs, including:

  • System-wide curriculum internationalization
  • Intercultural communication skills
  • Multicultural team work
  • Internships abroad
  • Employability skills for a global market

SEP serves as a link between sending and receiving institutions, providing a broad range of resources, including: 

  • Identification of potential partners
  • Advising towards the establishment of an exchange partnership agreement
  • Supporting recruitment and admissions efforts at all partner institutions
  • Designing and or providing student services
